Speed Queen washer is great so far! Its very quiet and really does a fantastic job washing our clothes. The only thing (which isn't a super big deal but something that should be pointed out), is that with the TR7, you have to know which number to use for special cycles (whites, athletic clothes, etc), so we have to keep the one-pager guide on the washer to reference. Not a big deal but I do wish that the names were coordinated alongside the cycle numbers.

For some reason SQ thinks I have purchased a new washer. I do own a TR7000. I loved this washer for 7 yr and 10 months old. Just 10 months out of warranty, the tub bearing is shot. It is a $8-900 repair. This was supposed to be my forever washer, but it is not worth the fix. I can't even give it away for parts. Huge, huge disappointment. I replaced with a unit that is simple to repair.

Works perfectly so far. Love it. Finally clean clothes!! Had a Samsung before that just distributed the dirt and barely cleaned anything. Hope it continues being trouble free for many years

Needed a new washer and dryer. Asked several friends and family. The majority said sapped queen. Was an investment. But well worth the cost. Clothes are cleaner!

Clothes come out cleaner than other washing machines! Bought this one as last washer did not make it 2 years before having to be replaced due to transmission oil issue! Bought the unit with 7 year warranty!

I have had my washer for 2 months. It is quiet, easy to use and cleans our clothes so much better than my former front load washer of a different brand. I like doing the laundry now. I couldn't decide on which model of Speed Queen to get. I watched many on line videos, read the research and listened to the sales person where I purchased my washer. Because we have office jobs and some gardening, our clothes don't have a lot of dirt or grease on them, we don't have a need for the other model with the moving agitator. I was hoping I made the right choice and I am very happy with this washer!

I am still getting over the sticker shock of purchasing my washer. $1,500 is a lot of money for a top load machine that seems to get mixed reviews on durability, customer service and cleaning ability. Some owners stated that the washers did not clean clothes very well (stains, blood, etc.) It could be that they are using cheap laundry soap or need to set the machine to a longer wash time (?). I may not have purchased the washer had I read more reviews. So far my only problem I have had is when one of my sheets ended up wrapped around the agitator and stopped the washer. I was able to work around that issue.

I am thrilled with my new Speed Queen washer. How I made it to 79 and never owned a Speed Queen is somewhat crazy. I credit an appliance repair man who told me my 2 yr. old GE Profile would cost more to repair than to replace..."buy a Speed Queen"...and so I did!

Washes so quick everything is always clean dries fast and so easy to use. The washer is so quiet the first 3 times I used it I went to check if it was actually running. Note it's in a closet right off the family room.

After multiple repairs, the plastic lid latch continues to break. Our washer has been incapacitated 4 times now with water and wet laundry stuck or soaked. I do no recommend this model.

I've had this washing machine for 6 mths and it has started damaging my clothes. They had 1 company come out and he said he didn't know why the washing machine was damaging my clothes and he left. When I called Speed Queen back the lady told me he didn't find anything wrong with it. I let her know he said he didn't know why the machine was doing what it was doing. She tells me if they send someone else out I would have to pay for it, there is a 7 year warranty on the washing machine and dryer. Then tells me to contact the store where I bought it from. Contacted the store they tell me to contact Speed Queen so now I'm getting the run around so I sent Speed Queen an email on their website. It's going on 3 weeks and I have heard nothing. I sent in a complaint to BBB and I received a call from the manager at the store I purchased it from so hopefully now I can get this resolved soon. I could have kept my Samsung washer and dryer.

I've had this washer for a month and I love it. It is a bit noisier than the LG I had before but not a game changer. I had read great reviews for Speed Queen for years so when the old one went out (just after the warranty expired) I told my husband that's the one I want. Although it is more expensive I feel it is worth every penny. The first load I felt like my clothes were cleaner. Highly recommend Speed Queen to everyone.

If one could love a wash machine, this is it. Between the agitator and the proper amount of water my clothes are cleaner and washed in less time than my Samsung. This washer really spins out the water so dry time is less. My king bedding actually dries in one cycle. It is also quieter than my other machine. I love it !!!

It's ok at getting mildly dirty normal every day clothes clean. It is horrible at getting my husband's work clothes clean sometimes they have to be re-washed a few times. We had a GE front loader before this one and it did a great job at cleaning everything

We have had this new washer for almost a month. Unlike our previous whirlpool, this washer allows you use use enough water to get a good wash. My last one, I had to add two gallons of water to it just to cover the dry clothes. We like the auto fill option that adjusts water level.

I purchased at the high praise of salesman who proved I could wash a king sized comforter by showing me in store how it fit. When I washed just one king sized comforter sheet it had it so twisted and nearly knotted I was sick. I called speed queen who brushed me off back to retailer. Then told me the manual is online that says do not wash king comforter. Well excuse me, I'm 70, my life is not on the computer and I did not know the manual was online. Only after having the machine delivered when I read the manual that came with it did I learn that - when it was too late. The tub is not big enough to wash much of anything.

My wife does laundry like its an Olympic sport. After having our last set of Whirlpool washer and dryer not even last 4 years (waster blew the bearing) it was time to invest on a set that will do what it's supposed to do when you want it to with peace of mind. This TR7 washer is all about a quality build with quality parts. From the first operation, we could tell that this product is markedly different than any other brand on the market. It does an amazing job cleaning clothes, and does so with extremely quiet operation....Even during the spin cycle.
