I like the machine except for 2 issues. The lid locks so you have to cancel it to open the lid. I'm getting used to that. The worst issue is the lid squeaks when you open it .. very annoying

Straight out the shipping container the TR3 malfunction, within less than ten days it stopped working all together.
The main circuit board was faulty.
The circuit board was replaced one week ago.

The look isn't updated but I do not care as long as it keeps cleaning my clothes as well as it has been. I use the same detergents and my families' clothes smell better than when we had our old washer. Drying time is also less due to the spin out power leaves clothes nearly dry. I will be getting the dryer. Highly recommend and I don't usually leave reviews, but the washing machine is definitely worth taking the time to leave a positive review. Also, a plus is that it is silent with minimal noise. Don't waste your money on something else just because it looks better.

I would give this a five, but the auto fill does not put enough water in the washer. Since most of my washes are not small, but don't need the large water setting, I would like to have the auto fill option, but it doesn't put enough water in the washer to thoroughly clean the clothes.

We recently purchased another brand of washer. It lasted 3 days, and needed a total repair; all that wasn't needing a repair was the tub! Luckily, the store took it back. Our daughter had purchased a Speed Queen, so we decided to get one too. We haven't regretted it once. It easily works! Bravo to the ease of it all! Bravo to made in the USA!

My machine will shake like crazy 95% of the time during the spin cycle. I've owned other makes of washing machines and never had one be this problematic. If i am not present to stop the machine from moving it could cause some real.damage. I even contacted customer service about it in they may suggest some things to check but their response was to have a service visit. Not worth my time for some one to tell me what i already know. I even asked other speed queen owners if they have that problem and the answer is no. And this problem has been occuring since brand new.

The speed queens are a little more expensive but you get what you pay for! This washer and dryer has cleaned out clothes better than any other washer we've ever purchased. The clothes actually smell and look clean. Just buy them!

Most sturdy and quiet when washing. The only thing I have noticed is that when I use fabric softener it stays at the bottom of the tub causing stains on my clothes.

I really like my Speed Queen washer. There are a few things I do not like. 1) I wish I could have the lid open while the machine is filling with water. 2) I wish there was a medium water level. 3). The only extra rinse cycle is with auto fill. Other that those items, the machine washes very well. I am happy with my purchase.

First time purchasing a Speed Queen washing machine. I heard great things about the brand. Positives: the longevity of the brand itself, it's a quiet machine while in use. Negatives: Expensive,options during washing cycles are limited, lots of suds even with following the trouble shooting directions on the washing machine manual. Having to re-wash my load of laundry more often than not.

We purchased this machine because of a space problem and thought the price was very high. Fast forward about a month in, this machine is wonderful!! It automatically fills, is quiet and does a great job; and all without being overly complicated. It also comes with has a great warranty at no extra cost. We are older and not into technology. This washer was purchased after returning a lower priced other brand that was terribly loud. This brand is quality all the way. The auto-fill option keeps the guesswork out of load size selection. Sturdy enough to wash bathroom rugs. Love this washer.

Overall, really like the washer, however, it does not have a couple of features that my wife wanted. She wanted a separate rinse and drain function also wants to be able to set her own water level and still have a second rinse.

This machine does an Excellent Job Fast and Well , It's Spin Cycle gets More Water Out so it takes about 40 minutes to Dry a Load that used to take 60 minutes !
The other Newer Machine Brands are Designed to Save Power and Water , So they Struggle to Clean Clothes and I'm SICK of Them !

I am so glad I purchased a Speed Queen washer. My last Whirlpool lasted 2 whole years. I did my homework this time on what to buy. After the first use I noticed stains that I thought were set in were gone. I think it is quiet especially compared to my last machine. It does not go off level and if it did, it is east to re-level it again. The wash cycles are quick and I like the deep fill feature. It is a basic washer but it does everything I need it to do. I am thrilled with my purchase.
