So easy to use. 90% of the time you just load the dryer, hit the power button, and hit start. It's so easy. The capacity is almost like those at the laundry mat. Well worth the cost of lesser models.

I like the washer and the fact I don't have to wipe a rubber gasket everytime I get done washing. Just wish it was slightly bigger. My queen comforter got a little messed up when I washed it. Otherwise, it handles all my large, heavy loads like jeans.

I've been using this dryer for two months and have been mostly pleased. The only issue I've had is that the sensor on the dryer thinks the clothes are completely dry, but they are still damp. I've had to use the timed dry feature to ensure my clothes get fully dry.

We had washers and dryers new from Lowe's, etc. that last about 6 years. We wanted something to last a lot longer and have always seen Speed Queens at the laundry mat since ever. My dryer quit working about 7 months following purchase. When I spoke to repair man on phone setting up service call date. He asked for serial number and when I told him the number he stated this dryer was made in 2021 and the warranty is only good for 7 years which means I have lost 3 years of warranty. I am extremely disappointed in this dryer

From day one destroyers had an issue. It's extremely loud. It sounds like somebody's beating the inside of the drum when you first turn it on. It has to run for 10 or 15 minutes and warm up before it ever smooths out. Had to email and call customer service many times to get any type of service at all. They send a repair person out to look at it and they were going to order rollers but on a brand new machine that never drive a single load of clothes before needing someone to take a look at it, I find that extremely disheartening. I wish I'd have just kept the old dryer we had. And but I bought both a washer and a dryer and spent around 3500$ all in for both. The machine quality is not what I expected and the service is absolutely worse than anticipated. I wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone. You might as well buy something that's cheaper. I think you'll get the same life out of the machine and it's probably better from the start. This used to be a good company but I think they sold out a few years ago.
Another fun feature is the fact that every once in awhile sporadically it won't dry at all. You'll run a cycle. It may try to heat up at the beginning and then it just fails to continue to heat in. The clothes are just as wet as the moment you put them in there.
It's been about 8 weeks and this dryer still hasn't been repaired or replaced. Due to the issues it has the beginning I asked for a replacement in Speed Queen refused. That's what I call. Terrible service right there.

My dryer dries fairly well. It does take another "go" sometimes with larger loads. The sense dry setting leaves them damp sometimes. No big deal...but the biggest concern when the unit starts, it makes a bumping noise (like an older worn out dryer does sometimes) and vibrates like it has a square tire. After a couple of minutes it does smooth out, but I am glad I have the long warranty. I just don't think a new dryer should go "bump" bump" "bump" when new. The fit and finish is fine. But there are things that need a little more refinement in "feel" to match the washer.

I recieved a faulty dryer that would not dry properly. Technician came out two times and verified that our vent was 100% correct and replaced a part, but still no luck. Took a couple months but SQ came through and replaced the machine. Now works 100% and we love it. Customer service was great!

I could not wait to get my 2ND new speed queen dryer. I finally get one and when they leave it would not dry clothes. We called it took 3 weeks to get the proper replacement parts and get them installed. It works great now. I had to either hangs them up wet or take clothes elsewhere to dry them. No body contacted us for any rembursment during this time of warranty for 7 years for our time and inconvience. waiting on a fix of a new appliance. Yes if it works I would recommend to anyone but when I purchase and 3 weeks of my warranty has gone the day I get it home I am now left with a warranty of 6 years and 49 weeks before the repairs were finished.
