Love it! My only complaint is that I can only use the LOW setting with the Timed Setting. I have towels that need to be dried on LOW, but I have to press the up/down arrows to set the timer. There has to be an easier way to do this.

I am so impressed with all features I have used so far. Shot of steam to refresh clothes is a game changer. Went on a trip had a few items rolled up to save space. Normally I would rewash clean packed clothes. It works!!

The reviews and videos we watched were right. Dumped our 7 year old piece of you know what LG machines that didn't wash or dry clothes, and had gunk in every washed load, and had to dry clothes 4 and 5 times to get them dry. Chose the 7000 series over the 5000 and have been super happy. They just work like good machines are supposed to. Would do it over again in a heart beat. Wish I had done it sooner.

Works great overall and dries clothes efficiently, i'm happy with the performance and capacity. One downside is the noise the roller bars make when it's first started - it sounds like baseballs thumping around inside for a few minutes. I've heard they are looking into a fix.

Had a problem with front door casket stink like body odor or onions.

My wife does laundry like its an Olympic sport. After having our last set of Whirlpool washer and dryer not even last 4 years it was time to invest on a set that will do what it's supposed to do when you want it to with peace of mind. We have had these machines for a couple of months and so far they have lived up to their reputations. Sure they cost a little more, but seem well worth it. Clothes are clean and they run quietly. We haven't used all the features yet. The proof of this being a great investment will be in the long term, and if they continue to perform as they do now.

The dryer is extremely loud when it first starts up. At first, it was loud for about a minute. Now it's several minutes. I guess I'll have to test the warranty and service. I've only had it for less than 3 months.

My wife and I purchased a Speed Queen Model #TR7000WN Washer back in December 2019 and it is performing as well today as it had when we first took delivery of it (6 years and counting). I've purchased washer/dryer combos from nearly every manufacturer. The Maytag washer was DOA and the installer had to take it back. I waited a month for a replacement. The GE washer was NOISY!. The Whirlpool lost some front panel functionality after a year. A friend recommended Speed Queen and I like the offering. Jessup's Major Appliance Centers had demo units in the showroom and I took advantage of them to measure the depth (my laundry room is only 32 inches deep). The sales staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Both salesmen owned Speed Queen so that was reassuring, as is the warranty. The washer is extremely quiet and that's a huge plus for me. So far so good.

I did a lot of research and I am glad I did. This dryer works amazing. I wasn't going to get the model with all the bells & whistles, but I am very grateful to have got this model. I allowed my clothes sit in the dryer all night. The next day I tried the steam refresh, and all the wrinkles came out. Very happy!

Well made units. I wanted a basic dial set washer and dryer, but ended up going with the electronic models due to the additional warranty. I don't like cheap technology, and these seem to be built for longevity. We use SpeedQueen commercial models some are 20 years old used daily, they seldom require maintenance,
only scheduled. which is testament to Speed Queen. Unlike cheap residential models they can be rebuilt and are worth fixing. American made and non disposable should be the goal for corporations when it comes to vehicles and appliances, foreign made garbage ends up in landfills leeching into the ground water. I'm not an environmentalist but CEOs need to be slapped awake in the US. Speed Queen needs to hold the line and keep producing quality appliances! I sincerely hope my home units are on par with the commercial models we use. I grew up using a 50 year old washer, it still runs. Upgrading an appliance should be driven by features not a disposable lifespan, we have to realize our consumer habits will end up destroying our landscapes otherwise. We only have one Earth, and our children deserve better.

First of all, I love the pet settings! As someone with 2 dogs and a cat, that's something I wish I'd had long ago. Besides that, the dryer does a wonderful job, even on blankets, something other dryers often have trouble with. The settings are great, and again, I wish someone had come up with settings like these before because it makes deciding how to dry items so much easier. I'm glad I finally bought a Speed Queen!

Honestly, I had been wanting to get one for years. I finally did and love it, but it made loud noises from the beginning. It ended up being a bad motor. I just contacted the customer service and someone came out and repaired it. I am super satisfied with the washer. I was a bit bummed when it came slightly defective, but thankful it got fixed and is working very well now.

Mislead about Speed Queen. My dryer needed repairs only after 3 months of use!! INFERIOR. The representative I initially spoke to on the phone LIED to me regarding their warranty that SQ only pays for parts and not labor. I my dryer's thermostat was replaced and take 2 "heavy load" settings to dry what it used to in 1 "normal load" setting. I don't have time to service technicians service the dryer!!! So disenfranchised with my entire decision to purchase a Speed Queen. I was lead to believe they merit the caliber of a Subzero, Wolf, Thermador. Worse decision.
